Mount View Cottage is situated in the ground of Kenegie Manor. Located in mature parkland overlooking open fields and Mounts Bay. The cottage is part of the Kenegie Manor holiday village set in tranquil landscaped garden and lawns. A quiet holiday village with a indoor heated pool, sauna , spa, bar, tennis court , putting and childrens play area.

GROUND FLOOR

• Entrance hall with a rear door that leads to a patio area , overlooking the sea beyond.
• Shower room with Shower, WC and wash basin, heated towel rail.
• Double Bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
• Twin Bedroom with built in wardrobe with shelves.

FIRST FLOOR

The First floor has a open plan living area with kitchen with extensive sea views over Mounts Bay.

• Kitchen with ceramic hob, built in oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
• Dinning area with table with six chairs.
• Lounge has a bed settee, and two arm chairs a nest of tables , TV with in built DVD player.

All beds are supplied with sheets, duvet & cover, pillows and pillow slips. A cot and high chair are provided. The cottage is heated by electric panel radiators.

Car parking for one car near the cottage, with others close by in the main car park.

Around the Area

Kenegie may be relaxing but its also at the centre of the great Cornish experience.

Famous St.Ives with its Tate Gallery is only 6 miles away, while the fairytale St.Michaels Mount is almost on the doorstep. Rugged Lands End, exotic Trengwainton Gardens and the Minack Clifftop Open-Air Theatre are all easily reached by car.

There’s plenty of fun for all the family at a variety of Theme Parks close by, and if you want to go a little further a day trip by helicopter or boat from Penzance to the beautiful Isles of Scilly or a short drive to the Eden Project and great choices.
